Welcome to Nunc (formerly Sidefy)! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nunc application.

By downloading, installing, or using Nunc, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nunc for personal or commercial purposes.

Permitted Use

  • Use Nunc on compatible macOS devices
  • Install and use plugins from third-party developers

Prohibited Use

  • We do not guarantee the functionality, security, or privacy of third-party plugins

Nunc is provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Nunc.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Update or modify Nunc at any time
  • Modify these Terms with reasonable notice
  • Discontinue features or the entire application

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate the agreement by uninstalling Nunc. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
