Welcome to Sidefy! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sidefy application.

By downloading, installing, or using Sidefy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

Sidefy is provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Sidefy.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Discontinue features or the entire application

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate the agreement by uninstalling Sidefy. We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
